Brace opened in 2021 in a former workshop in Porta Venezia. Thirty metres of dining room, a four-metre grill, and no wall between those who cook and those who eat.
One technique, a thousand shades
No stovetops: every dish comes off the grill, the ash or the smoke. Oak gives structure, olive wood scents, vine wood sparks.
The garden sets the pace
The menu shifts with the seasons and with the small Lombard growers who bring us what the land gives, when it gives it.
A living cellar
Two hundred natural labels, many by the glass. Winemakers who work the way we do: little intervention, plenty of character.
